I believe that everyone should have the right to dance however they feel to do so, but I also feel that there are certain locations, events, or even moments, for that matter, that dancing shouldn't be appropriate. I believe everyon should have the right to dance while respecting their peers, or people around them.

Dancing is a beautiful form of art. It has many benefits such as social interaction and its also a form of exercise. It gives you flexibility, strength and endurance. It enhances your cognitive skills, critical thinking, and focus. I used to be a dancer so I can definitely say its a great way to be healthy. Everyone should dance, not only as a form of exercise but also as a stress reliever. I used to pour out my emotions all on dance, and it helped me through a lot. Its such a wonderful and beautiful thing to watch. It doesn't matter the age or weight of the person. Anyone can do it.
"We dance for laughter, we dance for tears, we dance for madness, we dance for fears, we dance for hopes, we dance for screams, we are the dancers, we create the dreams."

Dancing is a form of expressing your feelings to let go of trapped emotions inside of you. It is also a great way to exercise without really knowing you are. Its something everyone should do and learn. Everyone should give it a try. When I dance I let go of all my emotions. Its a very soothing feeling.

I totally agree that everyone should have the right to dance. As a matter of fact, I would encourage everyone to exercise this right, as long as I can exercise my right to laugh. Lighter note. Gary Norris

everyone should have the right to dance without feeling selfconscience. no one should have the right to tell you not to dance, or tell you how to dance. dancing, like art, is a form of expression. forget what every one says and just dance.

Everyone dances in different ways. Dancing is the movement of your body. Dancing is a form of expression. Dancing can be therapeutic, you just let your worries go and dance the stress away.

Everyone should have the right to dance, why not, dance is an art, a way to express yourself to let go of emotions, to feel happy and to have fun. I also consider that everyone should be able to express themselves however they feel like it, taking in consideration that there is a place and time for everything.

To dance free is a experience like no other. Who wants to be judge all the time or looked at differently. To be free whenever and forever is a feeling of peace. I mean come on people, why judge people, we have all done the chicken dance, or the stanky leg, or the sprinkler. It is all about letting go and having fun no matter what the person next to you is saying.

I believe that everyone should have the right to dance. Of course, there is a time and place for everything. I, personally don’t think you should be putting on your dancing shoes at a memorial, but if you chose to start dancing because the person was always happy then I think you should have the right too. Dancing is a form of expression. Not only, do you express the way you are feeling but you can also represent your culture. The variety of music and dances express the country you are from. Dancing should be a right, and I think people should do it more often.

Dancing is a right every person should have and should pratice as well. A lot of people don't dance because they are afraid to be judge by others. Dancing is considered good exercise and its also reliefs stress. There is no special way to dance, just enjoy it.

I am a firm believer that happiness heals the soul. For example, dancing allows one to disregard the worries of this world. Dancing is also used as an exercise tool to promote safe and healthy weight loss. Is there any other way to celebrate? Everyone has and should enjoy their God given right to dance.

Aside from the fact dancing is fun, it is a great way for people of all ages to get fit and stay in shape. If you have ever watched professionals dancers dance you will know it is a form of art. When I watch ballet dancers I am amazed at their commitment and training they go through. Some people are shy about dancing but that’s to their loss. I really do not know many people who do not enjoy dancing. It’s about letting go and having fun.

Dance is instinctual and motivates us to move in a healthy way. While dance techniques can be taught, certain sounds and rhythms make the body want to move in an almost reflexive way. Dance is a means of communication that transcends age, culture, and ability. People should have the right to dance.

I do not see any matter getting into dancing. I I think people find themselves embarrassed to start dancing sometimes. The most common way to enjoy life and describe yourselves socially it by dancing. You may have a fear of looking stupid or worried about others rejection; but at the same time it is so wonderful that we should close the eyes to people opinions.

Everybody should have the Right to Dance whenever, wherever without being criticized for it.
Trough dancing, we can express emotions, ideas, we can relieve stress, and it also help us to stay emotionally young. Dance is also a form of non-verbal communication, a form of social interaction to have fun, and to exercise. Laura R.

Dancing is a form of expression and should definitely be a right to all humans. Whether it is dancing because of happiness or for a dance recital, dancing promotes physical body health. We should all be allowed to dance whenever and wherever we would like. In the video, the girls are dancing freely, with full emotion wearing all sorts of colors. I believe by dancing we can express ourselves. –v.p.

I did danced a lot on my teenager years, and still
believe that is a form of doing exercise. A lot of
places offer this type of training to the general
public. It does not matter age or gender to practice dancing.

absolutely agreed!! in the words of ricky martin "Bailando todo se arregla". Everything is ok when you dance. It's an expression of your emotions, your personality, it speaks of who you are, where you come from, how you represent yourself, and it feels good :D. -- KB

Everyone should always have the right to dance. Dancing gives a person a sense of freedom. It helps relieve stress. It gives people happiness. When you dance nothing is around you except the music and your moves. Dancing gives us a way to express ourselves without using words.

Dancing can be fun, romantic, funny, unusual, or even traditional. Dancing can express many things. I say dancing is a right everyone should have.

Your love for yourself is only shown when you are dancing freely. So get down and find out what your hands, your shoulders, your elbows, knees and, most importantly, your hips and feet have to say about dancing.

Many talk to others about what they are feeling and others dance to show what they are feeling. Dancing is a beautiful thing. Without dancing life would be boring.

Granted most of us do not have Chris Brown or Ciara moves, but there is something about dancing that brings out a good feeling. Whether it's a simple two step or doing the Dougie, you're almost sure to put a smile on someone's face.

The right to dance is very important. It is another form of art that helps define who you are, where your from, and what your customs are. It is critical that society accept the right to dance. Dancing motivates people. It lets them express themselves and find connections on another level.

Dancing is not only a right to express ones feelings through movements of the body, it is additionally used for a positive state of mind; moreover, this is acknowledged through mental health officials. Dancing can generate the will to live, a search for meaning and to obtain the ability to feel love for ones life. This is recognized by the Department of Health and Human Services and was presented as a therapy in President Carters Commission of mental health as “Dance Movement Therapy” to help those suffering from depression. Research has proven successful outcomes with this therapy’s use within the patients’ balance, mood, positive social interactions, rhythmic inequity and increased energy levels. Its understanding and conclusions have been based upon the body and mind interaction within health and illnesses. Through this awareness acquired and proven scientifically, how can anyone deny this right that we all should possess which leads to fulfillment.

Dancing should be considered much more than just a right. It can state how people feel, how their personality really is, it can also show ones's thoughts, etc. Dancing mainly transmits positive emotions, therefore everyone should do it often.

Dancing is just a whole lot of fun especially when you have rhythm. You enjoy what you hear and you can put what you hear into motion where it makes sense. Dancing can be enjoyed not only by the person participating , but by the one who's watching. Different countries have different dances and they are all special. Dancing is a feel-good pill.

I agree that we all should have the right to dance. Dancing brings happiness and heightens the soul. Dancing has been another way of communication throughout centuries. Through all the different kind of dances we have learned about the other cultures among us. If we didn’t have the right to dance, we would be missing on a lot. Let’s keep dancing. GS

Dance is an expression of art. In my opinion there is no right or wrong way for you to express yourself through dance. Who is to say there is or is not a proper way to dance or demonstrate your inner feelings. Dance is also used in many ways for health benefits and as a means of communication. Many couples throughout times have started relationships through passionate dancing. E.S.

I think the world would surely be a better place if we saw people on the street dance more often, our bosses doing the electric slide, our professors dancing like Lady Gaga. People should take a break from the serious personality all the time, and instead have a little fun. --Rosa F.

I believe that dancing is a great way to relieve stress and tension. Personally, if I hear a song that I truly enjoy whether I am in my car, at work, or in the grocery store, by all means I will begin to dance. On the other hand, there are people who dance professionally who express themselves with their body.

Dancing is definitely a great way to express one's true feelings and it also establishes how one truly acts on the inside. Although I am not a really good dancer I still practice in my locked bedroom while listening to my ipod. It is a great way to relieve stress and feel happy.
