Plato wrote about poets writing under the influence of the Graces.
Malebranche wrote a Traité de la nature et de la grâce
(Treatise on Nature and Grace) (1680).
Edmund Burke wrote in his treatise on aesthetics,
A Philosophical Enquiry into the Origin
of our Ideas of the Sublime and Beautiful (1757),
that the grace of line of beautiful objects
applies to the curves of the female body.
