It enhances your cognitive skills, critical thinking, and focus. I used to be a dancer so I can definitely say its a great way to be healthy. I do not see any matter getting into dancing. I I think people find themselves embarrassed to start dancing sometimes. Personally, if I hear a song that I truly enjoy whether I am in my car, at work, or in the grocery store, by all means I will begin to dance. On the other hand, there are people who dance professionally who express themselves with their body.
Dancing is definitely a great way to express one's true feelings and it also establishes how one truly acts on the inside. Although I am not a really good dancer I still practice in my locked bedroom while listening to my ipod. It is a great way to relieve stress and feel happy.
