of all peoples to marry and found a family."
More specifically,
the right to family means
a full and free consentual marriage,
equal rights for men and women in the family,
children have the right to parental care, and
countries have the obligation to reunification of families
(especially important for refugees).
Family planning (number and spacing of children)
remains a controversial point of the Right to Family.
